Section 13
Appointment of controller and other employees
(1) The Government of Nepal may, by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, designate or appoint any authorized employee of the Government of Nepal or any person who has attained the qualifications as specified.
(2) The Government of Nepal may depute or appoint Deputy Controllers and other employees as necessary to assist the Controller in the work to be done in accordance with this Act. Employees assigned or appointed in this way will work under the direction and control of the controller.
